	The colourful living room offers room enough for a number of guests. The generously sized seating arrangement is the ideal place to lounge, read, laze about or indulge in a glass of wine. A separate television corner avoids disturbing those following other pursuits. The large dining-table has been especially chosen for comfortable get-togethers. The perfectly equipped kitchen is so placed that the cook can be heard but being left undisturbed amongst the culinary preparations.
